Our Commitment

The pride of our restaurant is “Nodoguro”‼️This comes first in sushi in our course meal!
Sushi is made with freshly made rice with red vinegar and baked nodoguro (shore plover) with charcoal and wrapped in seaweed. Please enjoy the taste and mouthfeel of our delightful sushi.

He studied sushi under Shirayama Taisho from Jyukuseizushi Yorozu in Shibuya, Tokyo, one-Michelin-starred sushi restaurant⭐.
