Our Commitment
Sushi Akasuzu Nagoya is open until 3:00 am taking advantage of the local characteristics.
Group 1 starts from 6:00 pm only with course meals. After that, we have been doing business with a motto of as much sushi of high-class restaurant as you like from 500 yen.
Please enjoy the unique taste of Sushi Akazu with rice that comes apart in your mouth and the carefully selected raw fish.
Taisho (Manager)
IKETO, Hirokazu
After graduated from high school, he entered a Japanese restaurant and trained for 10 years.
During his training period, he participated in the Japanese cuisine division of the WorldSkills Competition, which was open to 24 years old and under, and won second place as a representative of Aichi Prefecture. He also participated in cooking exhibitions and won awards.
After that, he has aimed to become a sushi chef.
