Our Commitment

Carefully selected ingredients from all over the country.
We purchase additive-free sea urchins directly from Hokkaido.
Our rice does not contain any sugar. We use only healthy ingredients using vinegar brewed for 10 years and premium seaweed salt from Awaji Island.
We are committed to the preparation of rice mixed with red vinegar, balance with raw fish, temperature, and everything, and work hard every day. We also try to create a calm atmosphere.
